Bernie has over 35 years of experience in the industrial marketplace, has a BS, MS and PhD from Bordeaux University. He had previous executive responsibility with Tritex (holding company of Haydon and Kerk), Eastern Air Devices, Simplex Wire & Cable, and Coflexip. His experience is associated with corrosion (PhD), energy (oil industry), cable industry (submarine), electric motors (sub-fractional HP). His responsibilities have grown from head of R&D, to sales and marketing, to general management, to President and CEO. His global business experiences made him comfortable with European, American and Oriental cultures. Experience with acquisition, International JV, divestiture.

Dedee Zhang

Dedee is a graduate from Hunan University. She has over 15 years of business experience dealing with Oriental, North American and European companies. She was involved in several international joint ventures in which her contribution was related to sales and marketing and international trading. She has legal experiences in China and is an active CVP member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai.

Jerome Dubois has over 12 years of experience in the Supply Chain and Enterprise Software industries. Jerome has held multiple leadership and executive positions in the Professional Services, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Sales. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Northeastern University. He is a member of the Northeastern Supply Chain Career Track Advisory Board, and is a frequent guest lecturer for both undergraduate and MBA classes. Jerome lives in Belmont, MA, with his wife and son.
